Loan EMI CalculationThe loan EMI is calculated by considering loan amount, interest rates, and loan tenure. As the loan tenure increases, the loan EMI decreases. The customer gets a loan based on the CIBIL score. The maximum available loan amount can either be 100% of the ex-showroom price of around 85% or the on-road price.
If the customer gets 100% financing of the ex-showroom price for Piaggio Vespa Notte 125 at a 10.4% annual rate of interest for a tenure of 3 years, then the customer should have to pay an amount including RTO charges, registration charges, insurance, and other applicable charges.
The total amount of Rs 1.08 lakh, including the interest of Rs 16,000, will be paid by the customer in monthly installments of Rs 3,000 during the loan repayment period.
