Loan EMI CalculationThe monthly EMI loan depends upon the loan amount, interest rates, and loan tenure. If the loan amount and rate of interest increase, then the monthly EMI increases. The monthly EMI is inversely proportional to the loan tenure, that is, if the loan tenure is longer then the monthly EMI will below and if the loan tenure is short then the EMI will be higher.
The customers get two-wheeler financing according to the ex-showroom price or the on-road price, which can be either up to 100% of the ex-showroom price of around 85% of the on-road price. The availability of loan amounts and rates of interest depends upon the customer's CIBIL score.
A few examples of calculated loan EMI are given below for ease of understanding loan EMI, total interest and total amount to be paid at the end of the loan tenure.
Suppose the customer is getting 100% financing for the ex-showroom price of Suzuki Burgman Street 125 Bluetooth Enabled variant, at a 10.25% annual rate of interest for a tenure of 3 years, the remaining amount from the on-road price should be paid by the customer as a down payment before the loan repayment starts.

The total amount to be paid by the customer, by the end of loan tenure, will be Rs 99,000 including the interest of Rs 14,000. The calculated monthly EMI for this loan amount is Rs 2,750.
If the customer borrows a loan of Rs 80,000 from the bank at a 12.45% annual rate of interest for a tenure of 30 months, the remaining amount will be paid by the customer as a down payment. The total amount of Rs 93,500 including the interest of Rs 13,500 will be paid by the customer in monthly installments of Rs 3,100 for 30 months.
